For instructors, workshop hosts, and anyone who already teaches
Coursely is a marketplace for courses. Upload a recorded course, a free course, or a live session, share a link, and people who buy watch on the site.
Mark a lesson as open. Anyone can watch it without an account. A lesson you upload to the site is limited to one per course and ten minutes. A lesson that is a YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive link is not limited in number.
A percentage off or a fixed amount, for one course or for all of your courses. You can limit how many times it is used and when it expires.
Attach a link to a closed group. It is not shown on the public page. Only someone with access to the course receives it.
A short video that leads to the course. It appears on the homepage after the course is published.
Every instructor has a referral link. A sale that comes from your link, your coupon, or a purchase card you embedded is recorded to you, as long as it falls inside the time window the site sets.
Students pay in shekels on the site. Each sale credits you with the balance after the platform commission, and you save the account details for a transfer on your profile.
Each course is one kind. A recorded course and a live session cost at least one shekel. A free course is free.
Upload the video to the site and arrange sections and lessons. You can attach a PDF deck to a lesson, and it can move with the video.
Every lesson is a link to YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive. The price is zero. The video stays where you already uploaded it.
A date and time in Israel, a length, and a seat limit if you want one. The link can be Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex, Jitsi, or Whereby. You can also connect a Zoom account and create the meeting from the site. The session is sold through your link and is not listed in the general catalog.
Sign up, or sign in to an account you already have. A student account can become an instructor account from the same screen.
A title, description, image, and category, then lessons or the session details. You set the price in shekels.
Before you send it, you confirm the content is yours, or that you have a licence to distribute it. A recorded or free course is reviewed the first time. A live session with a future date and a link goes live immediately.
Your personal link, a coupon, a reel, or a purchase card you can embed on your own site. The purchase and the viewing stay on Coursely.
Opening the account is free. Students pay in shekels on the site. From each sale the platform may deduct a commission at the rate it has set, or under a personal agreement if one exists. The remainder is credited to you. The rate is not fixed on this page, and it can differ between a sale that came from you and a sale that came from the site.
You save bank-account details on the instructor profile. A transfer is recorded against the balance that has built up. The site does not set a fixed transfer date.
The content stays yours, or with whoever licensed you to distribute it. You give Coursely a licence to host the course, show it, and sell access to it. The site does not ask for exclusivity, and you can keep teaching and selling the same material elsewhere.
Anyone can watch a sample lesson without signing up. A lesson you upload to the site: one per course, up to ten minutes. If the video is longer, it stays on the course without the sample mark. YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive lessons you mark as samples are not limited in number.
If you connect Zoom and create the meeting from the course, and Zoom has a cloud recording of that meeting, it is imported into the course after the session ends and students watch it on the site. A recording that stays only on your computer is not imported. A session whose link was pasted in, without creating it through the connection, does not import a recording.
The link is not on the public page. Only someone with access to the course reaches it through the site. After a refund, the button stops working. WhatsApp itself does not remove someone from the group, so it is worth approving new members.
A recorded or free course is reviewed the first time before buyers can see it. After it is approved, updates you save appear immediately. A ready live session, with a future date and a link, is published without that review. Live sessions are not in the general catalog. They are sold through your link.
Open an account, upload what you already have, and share the link. There is no exclusivity requirement.
